The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to entertain a sensitive socio-religious issue relating to sanctification of marriage of a minor girl, on her attaining puberty, by the Muslim personal law and annulled the precedential value of a Punjab and Haryana high court order that validated marriage of a 15-year-old girl.
